To pursue a lifelong dream, I moved to Peru in 2016 and stayed for five years.
Living in Peru changed my life and I am forever grateful to have gained such a significant cross-cultural learning and living experience. I am fluent in Spanish and am passionate about providing therapy to Spanish-speaking clients.

I’m committed to understanding a person in their socio-cultural context and providing therapy from a lens of social justice and anti-oppression frameworks. I am trained in EMDR and have worked in the areas of trauma, adoption, relationship difficulties, identity, depression, anxiety, acculturation, and immigration on individual, family, and community levels.
I believe everyone can find strength and power in their circumstance, and that we find ways to protect ourselves and become better people. I hope that therapy can be a step on someone’s journey to a more fulfilling life.
I attended Mount Holyoke College undergrad and Smith College School for Social Work graduate school. In my free time, I enjoy meditating, singing, writing, exercising, and speaking Spanish to my cat.
